Surfing in Ireland is not all about death slabs and heavy beatings! For most its about days or weekends with mates where you get away from it all. Autumn time usually gives us the best of both worlds where water temperatures are still on the “warm” side and the Atlantic fronts begin to push some decent swells our way.
Whether it be on your door step or even if you have to travel across the country to find a wave there’s no better feeling than sharing the stoke with your mates. I’m not a huge fan of go-pro selfie videos but this first edit by Emmett Mullan and Mark Mcloughlin is a good attempt at reflecting a typical days surfing in Ireland. As per usual the Ben Howard soundtrack complements it beautifully! Share the stoke!
