This is Emmet O’ Doherty aka ‘SUP DUDE”. Emmet runs a successful SUP school in Bundoran Co. Donegal and this year claimed his first national title winning the longboard category and backed it up with a second place finish in the Stand Up paddle category. The competition was held at The Peak, Bundoran with  perfect 6ft conditions.

Most of the surfing reefs around Bundoran are not for the faint hearted and this one in particular is no different. That doesn’t stop Emmet tackling these breaks on a pumping swell with howling offshore winds! Check him out ripping it up on his SUP!
