Recipe for Peaches & Plums from Busylittlefoodie’s Grace Brady!

Serves 2
You know that feeling when you want dessert after a great dinner but you can’t be arsed going to any real effort? Heading down to the shop to get some ice cream or a bar of chocolate takes effort. Eating a plain piece of fruit is boring. Let me introduce you to the winning and healthy(ish?) combo of fruit and maple syrup. Slightly sweet, it draws out the flavors of even the most un-farmer’s market summer fruit and you’ll feel refreshed and satisfied, not bloated with a sugar rush.
Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches
2 ripe plums
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
2 small plain natural yogurts (or half a bowl each)
generous drizzle of maple syrup
Method:
Pour the natural yogurt into the two bowls. Add the fruit, roughly chopped and top with cacao nibs and as much maple syrup as your heart desires. Couldn’t be easier!

I like it! Quick and easy, yet still kinda fancy.
